Questions & answers
Frequently asked questions.
Is LanTeno free for tenants?
Yes — always. Tenants can log issues, keep records, and protect their deposit at no cost, whether or not their landlord uses LanTeno.
What does it cost for landlords, and could the price change?
Landlord plans start from a low monthly price, with one month free and no long-term contract. We're pre-launch, so we're honest that pricing may evolve — which is exactly why we offer a founding-member rate you can lock in early. Use the benefits calculator for a figure based on your properties.
Can I use LanTeno if my landlord or agent isn't on it?
Yes. Tenants can keep their own records, log issues and protect their deposit independently — your account is yours.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use two-factor login, scan every uploaded file for malware, keep a full audit trail, and process data within the EU under GDPR. See our Security page for detail.
Is LanTeno ready for the Renters' Rights Act?
LanTeno is built for how renting works now — including compliant notices, rent increases and evidence. We keep the platform current as the rules develop.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there's no long-term contract. Stay because it's useful, not because you're locked in.
How do I get started?
Create an account, add your first property or tenancy, and you're set. It takes a few minutes.
